Welcome to my homepage!
I am Shangruo Sun, an undergraduate student majoring in Computer Science and Technology at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS).
Before entering UCAS, I studied at The First High School of Central China Normal University, where I developed an interest in physics and won the Second Prize in the Provincial Physics Olympiad. Ironically, college physics later became one of the subjects that kept reminding me how difficult curiosity can be.
🧠Research Interests
Driven by curiosity, I first explored computer vision and deep learning. More recently, my interests have shifted toward natural language processing, with a particular focus on hallucination, uncertainty estimation, and the reliability of large language models. I am currently working with the STAR Group, where I am fortunate to be advised by Prof. Fei Sun. Through this experience, I hope to strengthen my foundations and develop a deeper understanding of how research questions are formulated and investigated.
🌱 Beyond Academics
Outside academics, I enjoy badminton, dance, and food hunting — although I am far from being an expert in the first two. Feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss research, study together, play badminton, or simply find a good place to eat!
